Delta Environmental is a turnkey engineering and construction company, established in 2006, providing many services to clients in Harris County and the surrounding counties. Our mission is to provide our clients with an unmatched level of professional service by listening to their needs and providing timely solutions to meet those needs. Delta Environmental provides services to developers and utility districts in three main areas: Storm Water Pollution Prevention, Storm Water Quality Management, and General Civil Construction. Delta Environmental is a registered professional engineering company and employs a professional engineer to oversee the day to day operations of the company.

Key Personnel

Brittain K Griffith, P.E.

Brittain is the President of Delta Environmental and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Brittain has been involved in many various phases of land development in the Greater Houston Area. As an engineer he has been involved in the layout, land planning, and platting of subdivisions and commercial developments, design and construction of water, sanitary, storm sewer, detention and drainage facilities, storm water quality features, roadways, water and wastewater treatment plants, and the creation of municipal utility districts. As a contractor Brittain has overseen the construction of streets, utilities, dirt excavation, grading, drainage improvements, and storm water quality features. As a Storm Water Quality Management consultant Brittain has managed large scale development projects and maintained compliance in all phases. Brittain applies knowledge from past experiences to current projects to provide his clients with a thorough understanding of the entire development process not just one particular aspect at a specific point of development.

Rhonda Higginbotham

Rhonda is the Full Cycle Bookkeeper for Delta Environmental. Rhonda brings over 25 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience from working in various industries. She is responsible for managing the full cycle accounting activities along with maintaining the administration of the office. Rhonda also creates monthly project pay applications, monitors equipment usage and helps in the safety department.
